SHIPPING 

Shipping your items on time is very important to us. Some items require an additional 2-3 days to ship. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over 75$

Ground shipping orders must be placed by 12pm EST in order to ship the same day. Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 1pm EST in order to be shipped the same day.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CARRIER

All orders outside the US will be shipped using FedEx Economy or DHL. Shipping rates are calculated by FedEx and international flat shipping rate is good for apparel only and under 15 lbs. Whenever shipping rates appear off, please contact us so we may verify for you. Depending on your location and the service selected at checkout, international deliveries may take on average 2 to 16 days. Customers are responsible for eventual duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Item(s) purchased from Reciboworldwide.com must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached and be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Once your order is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund to your original payment method will be processed (Shipping Charges are non-refundable). Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to process. 
*We do not accept returns for Recibo products not purchased from reciboworldwide.com

EXCHANGES

We do not exchange products, once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or adjusted. You can request to cancel your order but please note it is not guaranteed and depends if your order has entered the packing or shipment phases. You can reach out to us by contacting info@reciboworldwide.com our hours of operation are 8 AM-8 PM EST. 
*If your cancelation is successful, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days. *During peak periods cancelations may not be possible as we cannot disrupt the workflow process by our warehouse team. Our warehouse team strives to dispatch orders to efficiently meet the expectations of our valued customers.
