When will my order arrive?

Shipping your items on time is very important to us. Some items require an additional 2-3 days to ship. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse.  

We offer free shipping on all orders over 75$

USPS Ground Shipping 2–8 Business Days - FREE

USPS 2 Day Shipping - $25.00

USPS Next Day Shipping - $35.00

Ground shipping orders must be placed by 12pm EST in order to ship the same day. Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 1pm EST in order to be shipped the same day

Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

 

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

Recibo will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please fill out the return form found in your order shipment confirmation within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. Recibo must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization. 

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

 

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

Added an item to my cart, but somehow it is already sold out?

While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
